I’m making this review as a door dasher, not even a customer. I waited 30 minutes for my order only to just unassign because the entire kitchen was rude, especially the guy in the purple hoodie, girl with pink streaks in her hair, and the big Mexican with girl with her hair in a bun.

The food was good and prompt, but the service was horrible. If you don't want to use the kiosk to order, you wait at least 3 minutes for someone to acknowledge you. My daughter wanted ketchup and there wasn't any available so she waited 4 minutes at the counter, a person gave her eye contact then turned around. So my son went and waited 3 minutes and had the same thing happen to him. When I finally went up to get some ketchup there were 3 families waiting at the counter to order being ignored as well. The lady who was taking calls at drive through was so arrogant and hard to understand anything she was saying. As an immigrant I understand the difficulties of having an accent but this was totally different. She wasn’t listening and messed up our food entirely even after taking order 5 times and so much attitude for no reason. If it was me then that would have made any sense but it was my daughter who raised here did the order and she thought the lady was speaking another language and angry for nothing. I wish I could give negative stars. We did a mobile order, which I've never had issues with until this location. It went through on the card and we went to the window. The person confirmed our order with our name and total, and asked us if we wanted our receipt. We said no thanks and went to the next window. The next person said they didn't have our order and that we should pull around and try again in a few minutes. We had asked for a manager to help look at it, and the person said they were the manager. They were very rude. After we circled back like the manager said to do, we were told to wait at a side window and they'll be there shortly. 12 minutes later, the manager came back to talk to us. The manager said that our order shows up but it doesn't list our food. Her solution was to re order and spend another $30 to get the food we already paid for. She said she can't refund us or cancel the order. 1 hour later, they still don't have our order, and the ap won't let us cancel the order. The play place is open and my kids enjoyed running around. Downside, the self serve soda area is gone, making my time there less enjoyable. Food was hot and ready in a timely manner. Great staff. This place was great. I’m in a wheelchair right now because I broke my feet, and the lady took her tray and garbage from us, threw it away, came back and then took my extra ketchup packets back to the place. They have great customer service the guy at the register was super friendly and helpful. He repeated my order back and everything was great, this is one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to thanks for the great experience and they also have three or four handicaps parking spaces.

8-6-2022, I don’t know what is going on. This McDonald’s is usually pretty decent, went there today and my food order was not good, see pictures. Half sesame on one side of bun, cold and sloppy. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I would definitely steer clear this location. The staff here is unfriendly and rude. Our order tasted like it I had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours, it was not fresh!
