when using the kiosk,why does the app not automatically pay for the order they way it does when you go through the drive through?. Frustrating to have to get the app on your phone, then get directed to a cadhier to pay. what us the purpose of the Kiosk than? Cutting staff? Quicker in store time? Really? 1 of the only McDonald's that I have opened the door to walk in heard a group of people & walked inside & that group of people stopped talking looking my direction & talking amongst themselves "Is this Guy Lost" & that didn't stop until I walked out with my order that I paid $1.64 for & that was a Small Drink...
