Ok... first I have to say I rarely go to McD's. But I was exhausted from work, and just didn't feel like cooking... plus I was in the neighborhood. So I went through the drive thru. I ordered a daily special which was a double burger with cheese... and small fries. I got home and it was still hot, the burger was juicy, not dried out, cheese was melted, crispy lettuce, big slice of tomato, onion and mayo. It was almost like a fancy restaurant burger... Yum! The fries were delicious, some a little cold and soggy, but no big deal because their fries are always good! And all the peeps behind the counters were friendly and smiled. That's customer service with a smile! And honestly, after a long day dealing with multiple personalities, it was refreshing! I might even come back sooner than I usually do!! This has got to be the worst McDonald’s ever. I have never in 3 years living in Antioch ever gotten a meal that was correct. Always missing something or something done wrong. Fries are nearly always cold and soggy. I wish I could rate negative numbers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They had the soda machine turned off so you couldn't refill your cup. No condiments out, had to wait in line and ask the counter for everything needed. Everytime I have gone there they have got my order wrong . It's been cold . So I just throw it away . I love McDonald's and all but this particular one. Seems like the employees do not care. They just want to get the job done. And it's just really bad customer service. I don't enjoy eating cold food from a fast food restaurant. As well as it being stale. The only good thing about this place is the kids area. The morning crew are not native English speakers and constantly mess up the coffee. Even the manager can't make a consisted cup. Ever since their best night time employee left for Burger King it's been rough to get a good experience here and we order a lot because we're always on the go with kids. The staff working the drive thru service are always polite, speedy and cheerful. The manager on duty on 11/19 could learn a lot from them because their customer service was non-existent. Also, please don't speak Spanish in front of me and then both of you speak to me in English - extremely rude. The McDonald's in Lake Villa at 83 is a much better option in the area. They will sit there and stare at you and not take your order until someone else comes up behind you. I will be by the counter for a good 10 minutes before somebody actually comes up. And most of the ladies barely speak English and I have to repeat my order at least 3 times and they still manage to give me the wrong thing or not give it to me at all. Moved to the area 3 years ago. Have stopped by this location several times for a late night snack (because it's listed as 24/7), and though sometimes employees cars are parked in the lot.... they are never open. You can sit in the drive-through as long as you want and will never get your order taken.
