Everytime i go to this one theres always lettuce on my burgers. I only get a double cheeseburger burger. There should be lettuce on it. I just wish they could follow my directions when I asked for my special order iced coffee. One male employee follows the directions every time, he is the only one who gets it right. Not that difficult !!!! Upon calling to complain about my coffee, I was hung up on by the manager, and told not to return!! I told him gladly !! Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Running a doordash order. They just closed a minute ago. I saw my customers order sitting on the corner. The manager gave nothing but attitude and refused to give the food. You just closed a minute ago. Its not that hard to give me the customers food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had to clean area to eat in playroom. Staff was talking to each other . Stood in line for 10 minutes to order something and no one came to register. No napkins , ketchup. Play area was filthy! No one came to clean it the whole time there. Also dined in and no tray because all dirty. Food came out cold and prepared incorrectly from order. Corporate food with all the money saved for the corporation and not for the the customer OR the workers. A last option and full of garbage folks. Better off licking dirt out back. I'm getting really tired of McDonald's slip into mediocrity. I'll confess to loving the Big Mac, but I'm SO tired of opening that box and seeing a complete mess. Slow down the line for 5 seconds McDonald's and stack that Big Mac with pride. Your customers hate having to rebuild a sandwich before eating it. And the move to have as little customer to employee interactions as possible is so sad for a company that insists on calling these fast food factories a "restaurant ". Frustrated I asked for an ice coffee with no creamer, they hand me Coke at the window. Didn’t realize until I got home when I went to take a sip. As black iced coffee looks the same as flat Coke Cola. I live 20 minutes away. To drive all the way back would be a hassle. Also for the two drinks that I purchased there were no straws. This isn’t the first time a mistake was made. In fact, this is the third time a mistake has been made for the month of March. That lack of competence is infuriating. Who tf drinks coke with pancakes?
