At this fast food, clients can have good hamburgers, laing and chicken. Based on the reviewers' opinions, waiters serve tasty biscuits here. Great coffee is a decent choice. The nice staff at McDonald's can demonstrate how much they value their visitors. The prompt service is something these restaurateurs care about. Prices at this place deserve attention as they're democratic. As many guests remark, the atmosphere is lovely. But a number of people who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

No direction to the people working. Its always hectic. You can feel the stress coming from the employees. Food is good. Only issue is the place is below standard for mcdonalds. It's dirty. They don't know what they're doing. Not sure if managers are too new. There's no support. Or turnover is too high. Either way these are orange flags for the owners. I've had to go behind the counter multiple times as a customer into employee only areas to get my drink cup because no one acknowledged me. Multiple visits. Now when I go I just walk back there with the workers and grab a cup after I get my mobile order. And they've always just looked at me like why is a customer back here. The ¼ pounder has been pre-made, not fresh cooked. I usually do not eat at this store, never have had this at the Alpine Texas store I hate the fact that there's no one at the counter to take orders. Never had this problem at the Alpine Texas store. We chose McDonald's for the restroom which was clean. This was the only redeeming thing. Great place to stop and let the kids play when driving on a long road trip. Good is good. Staff is not helpful. We have stopped at this particular location a handful of times. People working here, honestly suck. However, there is an indoor playground; great for the small kiddos. And we have never had a problem with their food. My big Mac came to me sloppy and off the bun. If the meat got any smaller you would need a microscope. You can't order at the window at all. It is kiosk ordering only. I came in and tried to use a kiosk but they were all either full or broken so I took my app code to the front to order. A very sweet young gal said that I can't order at the front. By the time I got ready to use my app it timed out and I couldn't use it for 15 minutes. What kind of customer service is it when you can't place an order at the front?? It's out in the middle of nowhere, so I'm pretty sure they mark everything up and they don't accept coupons/deals from the app. Nice place, friendly, but they know they are the only place around... Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5

Great McDonalds! We had great service. The food came out quick during a busy lunch time. The play place was cute and they even had a little area to play games on their computers. Everything was clean and it was a great environment here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Plenty of parking in the parking lot. The restaurant was easy to get in and out of, particularly if you’re on the main highway. The ordering was on a self-service kiosk; lacks the customer service of face to face, but it was simple and quick. The food came out quickly and was brought to the table. The sodas were fresh. This was a nice, updated McDonald’s to stop at while on the road. They have multiple self ordering stations and two registers. The ordering stations worked fine for us when we were there, unlike I’ve seen in previous reviews for this restaurant. The ordering was fast, efficient and it even scanned our discount from the McDonald’s app without incident. We were able to use Apple Pay, grab a table tent, and went directly to our table. When the employee brought the food, we were missing a fry and our drinks, but they fixed the issue rapidly and did not challenge the issue at all. The food was hot and the order was otherwise accurate. The tables, bathrooms and playground were very clean. The playground is small, like mentioned in previous reviews, but it was perfect for our kids to stretch their legs before we got back on the road.
