Apparently the manager is completely incompetent… The frappe/milkshake machine is ALWAYS down. If the owner of the place likes to literally lose money, he definitely should keep the manager on staff. The machine has been down for 4 weeks.. And it’s very clear the manager told the employees to tell customers that “they are waiting on a part”. I guess the employees are mechanics now. McDonald’s is the largest restaurant chain on the planet.. I would think “parts” are available. It’s the worst run business I’ve ever seen. The only positive the place has going is one of their employees Kiara or something, she was really nice and gave me an honest apology over this part thing. Hopefully she will find a better place/manager to work for. Let’s try this, hey manager whoever you are; in the last calander year how many times has this “machine” broke down? Do you have the guts to actually answer? I doubt it! Keep throwing money away owner, heck of a business plan you got going. How could you screw up a fast food chain. They literally instruct you how to run it, you just obviously don’t care or your even more incompetent that the manager you pay to run it…

Just went to gt Fry's and mc doubles. The guy at the window said pull around we just put fries down so u will have nice fresh hot Fry's well he came out handed me this bag of food. Went home. No Fry's. Ugg had to call complain and make another trip back. Got there had to wait five mins before anyone even came to the window. Then the same guy who handed me my food said it the sweet tea nope came back for the Fry's u forgot. Oh yea that's rite sorry is what I gt told. Seriously ppl and Fry's he gave me were barely warm Service Take out Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
