I don’t know how this place stays open. The last 12 visits, they have made my food wrong or forgotten something. They pull forward 3 cars at a time and then they make the order wrong so you have to go back around or inside. Or if you don’t check your food you get home and it’s wrong. Today I went through twice, bc the 1st time was wrong, 2nd time was wrong, and I went in to tell them exactly what I wanted, a McDouble with onions. Went here and I ordered 1 thing. You think they could get it right but nope they couldn’t. Dr pepper was watered down and gross. Girl at the window got an attitude with me. She said they had to change the thing on the machine. Okay then do it and stop giving people nasty Dr Pepper's. Not that hard to do your job! Tonight 12/1 - had to pull behind a truck already in space 3 for 2 hamburgers, 2 small fries. Hamburger had a rock or pepple in it, almost broke my tooth. Fries were raw, not just cold but raw. Workers are friendly but food quality is terrible. This is the o ly location close to home otherwise I would go somewhere else. $9 wasted. Wish I could get my money back but from other reviews Manager won’t offer that. Place is mismanaged, I have done surveys for years now, once in awhile you hit the jackpot with a properly made burger and fry and even the amount your supposed to get. Must be an elderly person with ethics working that day. I almost went to Wendys but chose McDonalds. Big mistake. Ino longer trust this brand. You can’t trust your food will be made right and 9/10 you have to pull up for your food. it won’t change. Owner of this franchise location should be ashamed. A few weeks ago - Ordered hamburger, small fry. Fry bag was half filled 12 fries only! hamburger lacked condiments.
