Usually this McDonald’s is kind of trash, over the past couple months there has been a significant change that has been really really good. Fast times, exceptional customer service. Jacob Was on drive-through today. He answered all my questions perfectly, and is a great employee Price per person $20–30

This location is usually decent. Today we wanted shamrock shakes, but they said the machine is down. This happens at every single McDonalds we go to. I seriously only go a couple of times a year and I just want a Shamrock shake but can never get one. Anyway, we just ordered burgers and my son's Big Mac had a huge long hair in it. bruh I pulled up around 9:15pm last night and two cars in front of me at the drive thru backed up and left. i pulled forward and waited probably 15 minutes just for the car in front of me’s order to be taken. meanwhile 2 cars from the other lane left. it was finally my turn to order and i say at the intercom for another 15 minutes with nobody saying anything to me about what was going on. i finally get my order taken and pay and get my drinks. minutes later my sundaes. another 10-15 goes by and i finally get my fries. looked to be at least 4 people working meanwhile the inside was closed. my fries were not even hot considering how long they took to come out. whole experience took around 45 minutes with literally no worker explaining what was taking so long or apologizing. literally the least you could do is explain that you’re short staffed or what the hell is going on. this place sucks literally the worst experience i’ve had alas i’ll still go back but if that happens again i’m gonna be real mad. The lady that worked in the drive thru today. Was an old lady I’d have to say passed 60s. She was very rude through the bag at us with the food. The way she is treating these people she should be fried. If you don’t want to work for McDonald’s then find another job. I hope this McDonald’s talks to this later Bec again very rude why would like have someone rude and that throws that bag at you in the drive thru I am not happy at all. I refuse to eat at McDonald's in my area. The McDonald's closet to me is Gilbertsville Pa. I first went to it around 1990 when I started dating my wife. We would drive from Florida to her hometown, Boyertown Pa. At first I thought maybe they (McDonald's) was having a bad day. So I tried them out maybe 3 or 4 more times. Nothing changed if anything they got worse. I did finded out that they was private own. My wife said she worked there in 1979 and it was bad then. It's all due to management. The things the kids did working there and the people in charge, I wouldn't even put them in charge of mowing my yard. I drive over 10 miles away to get a hamburger. I want evenbuy a coke there. I feel bad for the people. This is ALL they have to get a burger fries and coke. The happy meals for children even suck. But the kids don't know any better. Mike P.
