Every time I am at this location the food is top notch and the service is excellent! The one lady that works there Melissa,who I think may be a manager, always knows what I am getting and has such a wonderful personality! These folks are always smiling and very friendly! On 2/14 while I was sitting there eating a woman came in complaining saying her sandwich was cold and that it wasn't even 5 minutes ago she got it. I had been there for over 30 minutes and that was the first time I saw her. She was being very ignorant to the crew and even proceeded to throw something behind the counter. Melissa and the crew handled it very professionally and were very polite to her even though she called them liars and such. I worked here for 3 years, and I assure you Erin (General Manager) is the worst person I have ever met. She very commonly insulted customers behind their backs and to their faces, and always brought her negative attitude into work so that she could speak to her employees like dogs and shout at them over everything. If you buy food here, know that the employees are abused and the store's manager is calling you every vulgar word under the sun regardless of how polite you are.
