Here you will be able to taste good salads and perfectly cooked bacon. At this fast food, clients may try tasty ice cream. As a lot of reviewers remark, coffee is really good. The creative staff welcomes visitors all year round. Disappointing service is something that guests would like to improve here. When you enter this place, you feel the spectacular atmosphere. Funny joke. 1 hr before close and it's like they give up. Ordered 1 McChicken and a large fry. Fries were cold, rubber, and stale. The chicken sandwich wasn't half bad but not good either. Tried calling cause I was upset about paying for cold food after my 15hr day. Surprise, surprise, # is temporarily disconnected. Funny joke! I am currently staying in Junction City due to power outage in the area and we could only find a room available here. We had a few good runs with them, I doordash so not only did I get orders for myself and family but for when I work. I never went in only drive thru. Food we received was decent typical mcdonald's breakfast and when they closed early I was thankful for their kindness when trying to pick up and order. I went as a doordash driver later on and they had closed, but due to my father being disabled he drives and I do the hard work get in and out and getting orders and leaving them as directed basically for doordash, we pulled up to park in the disability parking so I could take a picture of the closed sign as needed for this issue. My father told the guy who parked in all the spots that its illegal even with the store closed he said "Im the owner, so what are you going to do about it!?!" We know this is illegal due to the fact that I a long time ago while working for landscaping got a ticket in my work truck for parking in the disability parking with the location closed. So yes it is still illegal even if you are the owner, just cause you own the business does NOT make you above the law, we have the video dash cam of the whole thing and will make sure the franchise knows amongst other options of what we can do about it. And from further review of the other issues I see with regards to your many money discrepancies and issues with your customers trying to speak with a manager it sounds like there is a need to speak with the franchise about your ownership of this business. Went to the McDonald's today in junction City and there was a big truck parked in both handicap spots taking up both handicap spots when the person owning the truck come out I asked him why he was parked in both handicap spots he said he was the owner of the McDonald's and could do whatever the hell he wantedp cuz he's the owner he can do whatever he wants he can park in handicap and I'm handicapped by Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered 2 fillet of fish at 5:25 pm. Get down the road to find again the cheese missing the sandwich. How flipping hard at $18/he to get the cheese on the sandwich and not the side of the box. No pride in ones job. Maybe if they had to put their name on the orders they would do a better job. Have pictures of your sloppy job. It was slow. I ordered on the mobile app be there was quite a line at the drive thru. Seemed as if multiple cars in the drive thru got there food before I got my mobile order so I went inside to get my order rather than wait curbside. I'm not sure if there is a priority between drive thru and mobile order

They regularly screw up the order. I just ordered food and a sundae. I finally got the food after a long wait. I did not get the sundae, however. When I went to bring it to their attention, they had locked the door. The drive thru was blocked, so I was out of luck and out of money. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I like this McDonalds. Been here several times. My most recent visit I did not get what I ordered but I did pay the right price for what I received. The young man taking my order is not a listener. He acts like he knows what he is doing but he cost the business he works for money by not paying attention. I had to repeat my order twice and still it was wrong. The food I did receive was fine. Just want to let everyone know, getting half full fries is common here. Been going to this place most days for lunch for over 6 months now and there has not been one time my order has come the way I requested it. These kids need trained better. First impressions, the place looks clean but before I order my food I visit the bathroom to wash my hands. The smell of Urine is overpowering due to the owners stingyness in trying to save a penny in water. The owner need to turn up the flow of water on the urinal in order to wash properly. Second impression, the young man that took my order was very friendly and even offered to flip my bill cause I wasn't finding my credit card in my wallet, but I did find. That was very kind of him, 5 stars for him. Third impression, my large fries absolutely did not come close to what is presented in their menu. I took a picture of it. Compare it to what's on the billboard. Overall this MCDONALD needs improvement and Drive thru delay is outrageous. People get move even to parking spaces so the drive thru timer don't show the delay.
