Born & raised in this town. Been doing DoorDash since 2 days before lockdown 2020. The GM, Lisa, tried to dictate that the DoorDash order be confirmed on my phone prior to receiving the order. 4-5x tried demanding this be done, with "Don't argue with me" because she was getting told "No. That isn't how it works. Confirm is done AFTER RECEIVED the order." She then threatened to call DoorDash because she wasn't getting what she wanted. I did her a favor. I called DoorDash myself and told them what transpired & requested THEY CALL HER and correct her on this, as she doesn't dictate to the DoorDash drivers that we confirm without receiving the order. She got told by DoorDash that she was wrong & to quit telling drivers to confirm before they received the order. @McDonald's Willows GM: Hey Lisa- you remember me telling you I have been doing this for over 2 yrs before DoorDash came to Willows????? NEVER THREATEN A DRIVER FOR DOING THEIR JOB RIGHT!!!! FIGURE OUT HOW TO PICK UP TIMES QUICKER WITH YOUR CREW, RATHER THAN TAKE IT OUT ON THE DRIVER WHEN YOUR STOR IS SLAMMED!!!! Nice and clean restaurant. Has a separate room for baby diaper change. Restroom is in good order, hot water at the sink. High chair is available for young children. Check your bag before you leave. I rarely eat here, but they always forgets something and I have to drive back. The food is only fresh during peak times. If not peak the food is cold luke warm and rubbery. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sat in drive thru way too long to be acceptable. Once employees came to the window, she told me that they already have prepared the order for the car behind me and that I needed to go back to the speaker and order.

My 74 yr old mother just walked in to order food 12/18 @ 6:31pm. Sat in the parking to eat her food then went to the door to use the restroom & front door was locked. They are open to 11pm, a crew member told her that they had a birthday party going on which she could see. The lady told her she could not unlock the door for her to use the restroom! There is no signage stating they are closed due to the birthday party either! This is not okay, and needs to be addressed with staff that is working right now! Service: 1

Customer service was horrible. they were very rude. Me and my mom went through the drive through and asked for extra sauce and we got a lot of attitude and they slammed the drive through window on us saying we should have asked when we were order.
