I order my fries ‘Well Done’ and they must not be able to read- and when I hand them back requesting them well done they give me a look! Came here today about noon, got asked to pull over into a parking spot. Waited for my food for almost 10 minutes and the person that brought out my food had to stand around and smoke a cigarette for 5 minutes before bringing my food. Unprofessional and absolutely disgusting. I do not want my food being brought out to me by a person that smells like cigarette smoke. 2/28/24 Come here at lunch time, and you have one person yet again working both of the drive-thru lines, she took orders out of the one line for three cars before she went back to the other line. Wow! Place mobile order waited 30 minutes!! Ended up going inside to get my food. To only get treated very rudely! That Lena needs to be fired!! She’s a very nasty rude person!! I have had consistent issues with my orders at this location. My most recent today, I asked for my food to be "made to order" and I received a large fry and small happy meal fry that was cold & old. My 5 year would not eat the fries. I ordered a large strawberry smoothie and it was extremely watery. There doesn't seem to be a good McDonalds location in Ypsilanti, this location surely isn't. Manager, she was working her butt off. Very perfessional when dealing with customers that were not very nice to her. Because orders being wrong. She Went above and beyond to make it right. I was in the drive thru after work today around 4pm ish.. I ordered buy 1 big Mac get 1 big Mac for a dollar. N also buy 1 chicken nugget 10 piece, get 1 chicken nugget 10 piece for a dollar.. they charged me 25$ and only gave me 1 big Mac n 3 chicken nuggets. Don't go here, especially at night. Every time we make an attempt after work we either get bad service or no service at all. Even though the hours say they're open til midnight, it's a lie. They always say they're only doing doordash or online orders & always blame being short staffed. We finally downloaded the app just so we could place an order. Shouldn't have wasted our time or money. Took forever to get our order, all the food was cold & stale & the customer service was lacking to say the least. This place is always packed and always executes. Would like to thank everyone associated with this location. You've renewed my faith in McDonald's not once but twice. I ordered from the app for pick up and didn't wait more than 5 minutes. The order was picky and meticulous... I did have some onions on my burger but I'm not complaining.
