I called over first prior to leaving to make sure they was able to make mocha frap. I was told they could but couldn't make the carmel because they was out of the mix. So I then drove over & placed my order of 3 large mocha Fraps. I pay for them & get to 2nd window were I am then told that they couldn't be made because they was out of both mixes. This could of been avoided if someone would have checked. As well as when I got refunded I was only refunded $3! When I paid almost $14 for 3 of them. This was at around 615pm when they wasnt busy at all. I ended up getting my full refund but the fact that I wasted a over hour drive back & forth could of been avoided if it was checked on.
