The morning crew here is absolutely awesome but the evening crew is something else. They had 4 cars parked while I waited at the window with a line of cars around the building. I wish I would have taken a pic since, I had to completely remake my big mac. Top bun middle bun pickles, mountain of lettuce, 2 beef patties, 2 pieces of cheese big mac sauce, bottom bun. I wouldn’t eat at this McDonald’s if I was paid to do so. Walked in tonight and the floor was absolutely vile—visibly filthy and sticky from entrance into dining area and even in the bathroom. So if the cleanliness in the dining area is filthy, what is it like behind the counter where they’re making your food?? No thanks! Of course all the patrons in the drive thru can’t see it so… Atmosphere: 1

Was very disappointed with service I received tonight. The young man that took my order was very polite, but not very knowledgeable. I had a decent size order that included three frozen fantas. After I already ordered and sat down waiting I heard a lady (I assume the manager) tell the young man he can't sell any frozen drinks. Machine is down. I thought well I wonder what they will do with my order? They called my number, I went up to grab my food, but there where no drinks. I waited paitently for 5 minutes then finally another lady came up and asked if I needed help. I replied, yes I didn't get my drinks. (2 lrg dr peppers, 2 strawberry Fantas, 1 blue raspberry Fanta). She said "well our frozen machine is down, so I guess you will have to just get reimbursed" then walked on. I paitently waited a other 5 minutes then the first lady came back and just gave me cups for regular drinks. I got my drinks, loaded up everythingband got home to find I didn't even get all my food I ordered. Just disappointing! Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

It was near closing time, but the staff processed and served my order without the hostility sometimes seen in similar situations. They were welcoming and kind. This place gave a number to place at my table as I was dining in and never did I my food delivered to me it was sitting on the counter in a bag getting cold . We used the drive-thru... The young lady (teenager) that took our order and worked the first window wasn't very friendly at all...especially when taking our order. Then we get to the first window, where she was working...she continued to be unpleasant, no matter how friendly we were. Our total was $8.32 and I gave her $20.32 which only made her attitude worse. I mean, she acted like it was the end of the world as she stomped off to get a manager to explain to her why I gave her the .32cents. But then we got to the 2nd window and the gentleman (probably early 30's) working there was extremely friendly, he gave us our drinks and talked with us like we were old friend while waiting on our food... When we got our food, as always, I opened the bag to make sure it was correct before driving off and I noticed that their was 2 orders of fries with our sandwiches. I handed him the bag back and told him we didn't order fries. Now before I go on, let me remind you...we never complained or even said a word about the young lady's attitude. But still, his response was "no ma'am you did not, but, you also didn't order a bad attitude" he then asked if we needed any ketchup or other sauce and wished us a good day. My only regret was not getting his name so I could praise him properly!!! So many young people don't care about others. There was an issue with my dine in order. I went to the pick-up counter and stood there patiently. No less than 4 people COMPLETELY ignored me for a full 4 minutes before someone finally asked if they could help me. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
