I’ve never seen a McDonald’s screw up an order so much! Been there 5 times and 3 times they mess my order up! There must be very special people working there

Ordered a drink in the drive-through and was told it would cost $1.93. I get to the window and they tell it’s $2.04. When I asked him why it was different than what I was told at the drive-through, they said they had a change in price. I asked “within a few seconds?”They said the person on the mic in the back didn’t know of the change because she hadn’t worked since it changed. Did she not have a computer in front of her that told her the amount? I reprimanded them and said it would’ve been nice to at least apologize for the price mistake or honor what she told me, but they refused to do it and argued about it. I asked the person at the window if they knew anything about customer service because theirs was beyond acceptable. They would rather argue with me. Ridiculous. Horrible customer service. They’re taking food back across the counter to try to reheat it which is a Big Health Department no no manager has a severe attitude, slamming doors, ripping his food, safe gloves off, throwing them on the floor. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Food quality a 1. Spicy chicken sandwich, no spicy taste, none at all. Orange juice was orange flavored water. Fish sandwich was good. Coffee was good. This was a bad experience. They need new management. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Service was very good. While we were eating, we watched an employee pick up and clean everything at the drink station. You can tell that the managers here make an effort to clean where it matters most.

Place was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in hours. It was at night ,maybe they had a busy day. Service was fast and friendly but the food was just ok,except for the fries.
