Ice cream machine not available - again. Unfortunately this is a well documented general McDonalds problem that happens WAY too often, which is very frustrating for a customer. Explain to a 2 year old why they can't have an ice cream! Take lessons from Wendy's and your other competitors who hardly, if ever, have this issue.

Every time for the last five times I’ve eaten here it has been awful. For a year now the milk shake machine is down. The manager has a nasty mouth and you can’t even get nothing accomplished trying to talk to her.
