And yet again, the McD's crew shorted my order. I got on the McD's website and contacted them and was referred back to my local McD's. One of the managers called me the next day and told me the shortage would be made right--which they did do. The food I was shorted is why I give them 3 stars and 1 star for service. Food was warm and decent the night of. However, on our way out of Bath, NY.. the coffees were horrendous, they were burnt and not drinkable. Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Nuggets are rubber tire chips, fries aren’t crispy, they are half cooked and pulled at least a minute too early. “Crispy” chicken is soft and I can make better at home. And you’re not likely to get what you asked for especially if you ask for no on something. Burgers aren’t even warm and you’re lucky if you got room temp. SLOW! I counted nine employees, four of which were just standing around in the kitchen taking up space. Watched someone that appeared to be management put food in a bag, then completely remove it to just put a completely different order in the bag. Not sure the reasoning for this. Trainee just standing around the entire visit, not being taught anything. Definitely no management skills in the house this evening! Love the update. Place your order sit down and they bring the food to you. Order kiask also Service is 100 times faster this year than previous. One toilet. One urinal in the men's room.
