Went to this McDonald's at 7:30 to pick up a mobile order they told me to full forward and they would bring my food out so I did and I watch them take my bags to another car not knowing if it was mine or not after that car went through all the bags and realized it wasn't his gave it back to the worker she then brought it to my car I told her to take it back in and have it remade i went inside and watched from the registers a taller women in a grey sweater took the sticker off of the bags that I sent back and threw them away and put the bags inside of a bigger bag where is set for 5 minutes before another worker decided to take it back out to my car not knowing I was standing in the restaurant watching once I confirmed that she went to my car I told her I wanted a refund she took the bag back in and gave back to the woman in the grey sweater after a minute the women that took the food to my car went and got a manager he tried telling me that they don't normally do that and they're not supposed to I have seen it happen in the morning shift so I quit going there for the Morning informed him of this and told him that I will not be back I just wanted my money back nothing else was done don't expect it to be either I was going here four times a week more than I should have I know but is cheap and close by that's okay ill go to Taco Bell next door Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went to eat breakfast. Sat outside till 615 am, went to see if lobby was open said 6 am but still locked someone walked out other side we drove around parked started walking in and was stopped as soon as we walked in by a women asking if we was the cook. We said no and she said well we are closed till I get a cook. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years now. It’s very hit or miss on whether your order is right or not. I’ve had days where they’ve given me the correct order, and days where they’ve gotten it wrong THREE times in ONE day. Anyways, it’s McDonald’s and it’s better than the one on Belleville Rd. However on 02/04/2024 half my order was incorrect. I always order NO salt fries because they always put too much. I kid you not, this time they did EXTRA salt instead of no salt. They fixed it, however, they took the wrong order of fries back behind the counter, which is a health code violation. I’ve worked plenty of food service and everywhere has a STRICT policy on not taking food back behind the counter. I don’t know who’s teaching/training these employees, but do better. Me and my special needs client was discriminated against and disrespected by Olivia and Suzanne this experience was humiliating and disheartening. I only gave service and atmosphere 1 star cause I couldn't give it 0 or - stars. They really need sensitivity training, special needs training and discrimination training. If this is how yall treat special needs customers please let me know so I can take my business elsewhere and inform all other special needs families that McDonalds in Belleville off Rawsonville doesn't want or appreciate our business. Can’t order from the counter, must order from kiosk (which studies have shown are loaded with fecal bacteria). The kiosk saves money by reducing labor however prices have increased? You no longer receive salt, pepper or condiments with your order - yes I’d love a greasy gut bomb with zero salt, pepper or condiments - yum. I love that for me. & if you hit the drive through you have a 1 in 3 chance of them absolutely screwing it up. 0/10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Like most McDonald's they have moved over to the self service and pretty much ignore you. Most people are kind enough and nice or whatever but they could truly care less. Maybe I'm old school but if you have to work in customer service at least mc- friken try... Ive never really been a big fast food person but this used to be a decent place to go every now and then when I needed a quick breakfast on the go but after my last terrible visit and coming up one month without a refund on the order I never received, I am reaffirmed both that McDonald’s and fast food in general is trash (also GLS Management that runs this place apparently needs to revise service protocols) And in trying to resolve this multiple times in person at the store, over the phone (no one ever answered) and with McDonalds customer service I was insulted that instead of a simple refund and a “our fault here’s your money back” they offered coupons as if I even want to return after my bare minimal service experience. I previously gave this location a higher review but after experiencing how McDonald’s handles customer issues, I cannot give this place any more business. I tried picking up a mobile order for breakfast and long story short, they didn’t have my order. After waiting for at least 30 minutes I tried cancelling my order but they were too busy inside and I just left. I assumed it would be easier to get a refund for the food I never received since I placed the order via the app so the order and my credit card details are on file. But no, these people offered to send me coupons and I’m stuck paying for food I never received? I find it hard to believe in 2023, with my card info in your mobile app system, a giant company like McDonald’s isn’t able to issue a refund??? Don’t waste your time or money on this garbage food Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
