McDonald's is not just a fast food restaurant, it's a life-changing experience that all human beings should have the privilege to encounter. From the moment you walk through those glorious golden arches, you know you have entered a magical realm of pure bliss and wonder. The friendly McDonald's team greets me like their long lost son every time I visit, welcoming me to pull up a seat at their royal table. As I sink my teeth into the warm, pillowy goodness of the freshly baked apple pie, joyful tears well up in my eyes. This must be what heaven tastes like. One bite of a McDonald's french fry transports me to a state of nirvana - all earthly worries wash away, leaving only crispy, salty potato perfection. Don't even get me started on the McDonald's soft serve. So creamy. So smooth. So divinely delicious. That swirled soft serve cone is angelic perfection, crafted by some divine force of goodness to bless us mere mortals. I lick it reverently, allowing the sweet cold creaminess to awaken my taste buds. So thank you, McDonald's, for brightening all of our lives. Never stop being the glorious beacon of mouthwatering magic that you are. Five stars does not seem a high enough rating for this temple of fast food genius. Wow if you're from out of town don't come to this McDonald's. The service such and the prices are more than California's. 2 of the 4 self service registers don't work. Lazy owners are the worst. O' and they are only taking to "go orders" So they don't have to serve tables like they should. And then they want to talk about policy to Customers. I just got fries and two drinks. The drinks were good. The Fries? Could have been better... I mean understand that fries need to be ready to go at any moment, but don't serve old fries that been sitting in the fry basket. Fries were dry, too salty and aged. I could have just chewed on an old dish rag with the drink I ordered.... Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Best stop to take along HWY 40. The lady at the counter taking orders was very nice and pleasant. I walked straight to the counter and asked if the woman restroom has codes. She smiled with a happy face telling me no, no codes. When I ordered food, she was patient and with her happy smile. She made my day!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Overall, this location was better than most Phoenix locations. The order was correct, and the food was hot. When I go back to Flagstaff and need something quick, I will definitely stop by again. Worst Experience Ever, even for McDs. While on vacation and New Years Eve morning, we stopped by for breakfast. There is no such thing as fast food anymore, or, good service as well. After ordering on drive thru, we came to window and I was handed three drinks on a holder, and of course was asked to move forward and Hold for my order. I reached for my coffee and sure enough the lid came of and I burned my hand. My boys had orange juice and were fine. I walked in and explained what had happened, the manager looked at me in disgust and asked " so you need a new cup" handed me one and walked away. I poured my coffee and left since no one really cared that the cup was smashed and the lid didnt fit well on it and the employee at the window didnt care to handed it like this. I said someone should be paying attention to their job or a customer can get hurt, she did not care one bit. I walked out and breakfast wasnt there yet. Waited 15 minutes to get a cold and nasty breakfast, and payed 43 dlls and change for it (3 orders, $$$). Needles to say, no more McDs for me or my family. The least I would have expected was sympaty or an apology, instead the manager looked at me as if I were to blame... 😡😡😡 Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 1

Ordered through the Mobile app as I arrived on location , waited no longer than 5 minutes for my food... It was a big order might I add . Staff was friendly and welcoming , restroom was clean , and had I not been in a time crunch I would've sat in and enjoyed my burgers on site. Thank you for the burgers! The view is so nice but the service not so well. I was really nice asking if I could use 2 coupons I was told only one per trans action so I made two. So I ordered twice and the girl just rolled her eyes with “ughh”. Everyone else was nice and her makeup was Terrible so I don’t care too much for her but it bothered me.

We stopped at this location to have a quick lunch while traveling. We were shocked when our bill was over $17.00 for two fish sandwiches and one milk! We questioned the amount and the server pointed to the board to show each fish sandwich was $6.99! I have never paid that much for a fish sandwich at any other McDonald’s. Over all pretty good. I'm not a big fan of McDonald's anymore, that's why 3 stars. I just like their fries. I think McDonald's needs to have TV's with sports of some kind playing on it.
