Just stopped at the Wells maine location. There was nobody at the counter the older gentleman in front was waiting patiently while employees where walking back and forth swearing because the managers weren't even there yet at 11:00am. The waiting gentleman finally got served and I just had to walk out. It was unbelievable how disorganized this very short visit was. Zero professionalism, no manager to speak to and no recognition that customers where waiting.

I love this McDonald's in Wales. Their service is particularly good. One time I ordered a takeout on the app, but I got the wrong address. Their staff handled it for me very quickly. The worst! No one in drive-thru, sat there for at least 6 minutes without an acknowledgement! No one at register, no one handing out orders. If you have staffing issues, close the drive-thru, like a nearby restaurant did. Last summer I went in there & all the trash bins were overflowing, FLIES EVERYWHERE!! The worst!! Training is non existent. Four employees standing in a group, people lined up outside, people lined up inside and we hear "we will be with you in a couple of minutes.". It's a fast food joint not fine dining. McDonalds is forgetting the fast. Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The food is typical for a McDonald's, but the service has always been good for me - kind, quick, even during the lunch rush. It is my preferred McDonalds location. Update - cold fries, sloppy burger. NOT impressed. Dropping rating. Update 2 - check the photos - multiple burgers, super sloppy work. I get that they were rushed, but this is unacceptable. Worst fast food restaurant EVER! WAITED 35 MINUTES in drive through even had a code !!! French fries soggy and cold. Seriously whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed. Stop being so cheap and pay a decent wage and hire more help ! At least 12 cars left the line that I counted waiting here. All that Money lost because your too damb cheap to hire Decent people to work here" I'll never spend another nickle here! Good service. The food is, well, McDonald's. My daughter loves McDonald's pancakes. I am not a fan of the new appearance of McDonald's. Update: Day after.... Christmas, 2020; First time I have ordered with McDonald's App and it went well. My breakfast order was correct and was delivered carside in the time the app said it would take. Friendly service. The food is still McDonald's, but, they were open, the ☕ coffee was good and we wanted pancakes 🥞! Just not as bad as the guy from the "Fargo" movie 🎥. Wifi works at curbside pickup parking area. Dine in no longer available. Facemasks required inside.

They are pretty much all the same....except this one has ALOT of bad reviews for service, plus with the "No Loitering" Sign they certainly project a bit negative costumer Service right from beginning. When I visited, my food was good and no one was standing over me "timing" my stay. So I guess that a plus. Lose the signs, guys.
