Drive through order wasn't correct as usual. Got home to find that the hasbrowns were most likely from the day before. Not edible. The Egg McMuffin was like biting into rubber. The Sausage McMuffin with egg was burnt. I used the 20% off App code, but since they didn't get the order correct I ended up spending more. Employees looked like they all just rolled out of bed. I don't like giving a bad rating. But this place Palatine Bridge NY has gone downhill. The fries have been either cold or over cooked. So over cooked that they snap and crunch. The workers are slow and act like they could careless. There are 2 or 3 workers that I can actually say like their job. The older workers who are around 38 years old and above are usually great. There is ALWAYS a long line and you could be waiting 30 minutes to get to the window for the food. I'm usually crunched for time. Sitting in the drive thru for 20 to 30 minutes leaves 5 to 10 minutes to eat and sometimes not at all until I get home after work.
