At 10:45 you guys couldn’t just drop a large fry for my kid? I even called ahead and asked and the woman that answered said she’d do it for me. Is what it is I guess, all restaurants have failed post covid!!! They should've been ready to get after it and get the customers back but nope, they just open the doors and do it worse than before!! All I hear is labor shortage but ya know what... I'm a self employed painter of 25yrs and I'm also short on help but I don't make that my customers probably!!! U r a INTERNATIONAL chain and u can't do any better than this... soo, cool... peace out... done!! I can cook and will do so at home... definitely not doing Doordash and end up paying $20 for a Big Mac!!! U can keep it!!!! We were so exhausted after waiting in huge lines all over Busch Gardens and arrived here around 10pm because almost everything else was closed. The staff working on 12/28 in the evening were sooooo helpful and friendly. One woman behind the counter made sure I had my drinks steadily in the carrier to make sure I didn’t spill them. The food came out ridiculously fast, as if they knew we were coming, haha. When we opened the food, my son joked we should take a photo of the Big Mac because the bun looked so perfect. Very slow wasn't even greeted when I came in. Gave up and ordered from kiosk still took forever. Not much better when picking up here driving for doordash either I've cancelled plenty of orders from here. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
