I have been to many McDonald's in Alkmar and Amsterdam. None of them had food prepared so well and quickly. Right after placing the order December 21, 2023 at 18:20:32 order 10, table 31, I only had time to wash my hands in the bathroom and when I returned there was already warm, delicious food on my table. The fries were hot, they burned my tongue, which I consider a huge advantage. The fries were very good, crispy on the outside, soft inside with the right amount of salt. The Bigmack was warm with just the right amount of sauce and toppings and the drink were exactly as I ordered, classic Coca-Cola and without ice, which was a challenge in other restaurants and I was given Coca-Cola zero or ice. The service was very nice, smiling, and when I praised them to the manager, they were very happy and gave each other high fives. My only criticism is that there were no table numbers near the monitors and I had to take them from another on the other side of the restaurant. Please appreciate these wonderful employees with numerous compliments live on the restaurant and here. They really deserve it! Thank you with all my heart for great service and I fully recommend it! I came here once as a tourist. If you just want your standard MacD Products, it's just as good as all the others are. But I came with two children, one seven year old, and one baby. The play area was grimey and dirty, with dried residue of spilled drinks and years worth of dirt from sticky children's hands all over the place. Yuck. Time to change the nappy of the baby. Being a man, I'm forced to venture the ladies restroom. Seemingly, daddies don't change nappies in this place. Whatever, apologising to the persons in there I went on with my business. Opening the grimey baby carrier, I found out it wouldn't keep its height, so I had to support it with my waist. I just couldn't press into the carrier, because the floor was slippery with cleaning detergent and water. I had nowhere to place my baby's clothing or the stuff you need to change a diaper. The bin for the spoilt diapers was placed out of reach, because there was no place where it wouldn't have been in the way, so I had to store the thing (with everything in it, yes) in the sink. After I finished, I found out the bin was half broken and needed to be touched with my hands. The same hands, that I wanted to touch my baby with, that I was forced to touch the grimey baby carrier with, that I couldn't wash because I had nowhere to sit my baby down. Most yuck ever. Even though I'm staying here for three weeks, I'll certainly avoid this place. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
