Many people come to degust good gat. From the guests' viewpoint, the staff is cool here. A lot of reviewers suppose that the service is satisfying. This fast food is characterized by the pretty atmosphere. But McDonald's has been rated below average by Google.

McDonald's is McDonald's. Fastfood that is occasionally not served fast and customer service is pretty much not existing. The food is good, although. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person kr 100–200 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Jokers. Had plenty of meals (and attempted meals) here and damn, this place has deteriorated. Filthy premises. Randomly cancelled orders without explanation, not especially quick in those they fulfill. Out of stock on items, which they discover 30 mins past receiving and confirming the order. But hey, it’s open 24/7 so they’ve earned one star :)

I was new here and I wanted to eat a burger at 1am after a long day and since its 24hrs open., so walked 2kms there and took the usual entrance and usual kiosk order and then picked my takeaway and the person who gave me the package said you are not welcome😭.........very bad...am a sensitive person...I feel like am not gonna go to that McD again at night. The food is as all other Macdonalds here, but there are usually some customers in when you go there. The service is ok. They look a bit too busy and you may need to wait a bit for them to come to you. A personal issue was when one of them understood that I only speak in English and later when I went there for another thing he saw me but didn't came forward and mived to another work. The atmosphere is good. It's usually clean, a comfortable lighting and not that noisy. Service Dine in Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I've visited many, MANY different McDonald's restaurants, good and bad. Reasons for the low score are: Dry bread on my hamburger (big tasty) and extreme time from order to pickup (14 minutes from payment until food was on the counter), even though there were almost no customers in queue and few cars in the drive thru. Also, staff was constantly arguing loudly about which food was made to what order. Reason for two and not one star is that the restaurant was very clean. Everything else was a normal McDonald's experience.

Very bad service, we ordered food, at last window where they should give us ordered meals they asked to move with car to any place in parking. And we did that. So after wating 20 minutes for fastfood. We went to window, explained that we cant wait longer, we neede to to ferry. [Other people were waiting almos 1 hour for fast food]. They gave us our order with minus one cheesburger that we noticed when we drove out of the place. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person kr 100–200

Mostly the same as other McDonald's. Crowded, ordered without any 🍅 slice, but when I drow away there was still a slice in the hamburger. Fries were not 100 percent done. Would only recommend it if you don't have any other option. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person kr 100–200

Was dirty. Slow service and unusually bad food. Especially the fries were horrible. No idea what they did with them... Would not have bothered writing a review if this was the first time. But it feels like both McDonald's in Skövde have gone down in quantity a lot. I'm staying away for the foreseeable future and would recommend others to do the same.

Long wait for breakfast in an empty restaurant... And burnt bread on the mcmuffin 🙄 Still waiting to hear back.
