This restaurant offers you nice food and a place to rest after a long walk around Karlskoga Kyrka. Here people can delve deep into delicious dishes, and taste perfectly cooked taro. Great latte is worth a try here. McDonald's is recommended for the creative staff. A number of guests have noticed that the service is terrific. The nice atmosphere makes a good impression on visitors. But google users rated this place and it didn't gain a high rating.

We come to this McDonald's every two weeks on our way to visit my mother in law kn Karlskoga because it's convenient and we like McDonald's prices and food. This particular location has recently been renovated and they added a McCafe for coffee lovers which means that business is great.However the place is always a horrible mess. They never have napkind and the ketchup container is always either out or broken. The trash is always full and spilling over with drinks on the floor...so you cannot throw away or sort your garbage when you finish. You just leave it at the table. If you need to use the toilet...you can just forget it. The trash is piled up in every corner from paper towels and toilet paper. When we first went we thought it was just a "one time thing"...perhaps they were short staffed but....every time we go to THAT location it's the same. If they upgraded and remodeled because business is great...they can afford more staff to be attentive to the shop and it's cleanliness. It's a bit disappointing when we stop by. Difficult to write about McDonalds, overall it was clean place and food as usual. Burger was good, French fries was ok, MaX has better fries. I had chicken burger spicy which was not spicy but taste good. They should definitely add more options for vegetarians they don’t have much. Well, what to say about a micro managed standardized fast food chain. The food is as other McDonalds, the workers are better than at other McDonalds, I think that summarizes it. Difficult to rate. I mean... McDonald's is McDonald's, wherever you go. The food tastes the same, the service is (basically) the same and the interior is the same. It's great for fast food but it all tastes the same...

For a fast food chain they seem totally inexperienced in handling more than 5 orders at the same time. After a nearly 15 min wait my fries where cold and soggy and it wasn't possible to get a milkshake, the machine was broken which can happen but then you stop people from ordering that item and you compensate people who have paid more for something without them having to ask for it! Worst McDonald's experience ever!
