Went here to purposely try the McPlant. I was nt sure how the ordering system worked and screwed it up. A really nice server realised what I d done, fixed it, and brought the food to my table. Excellent service, and the NcPlant was delicious. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person €1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

This was Mc from the early days, going back in time, knowing that in the present Mc is way better. We had Low warm burgers, low warm fries.... but ..... table service with a great big 😀 smile. I hope next time the food will be better again. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Very decent food for an acceptable price, better than most McDonald's restaurants. Friendly staff, and very quick on a Saturday night. Update: ordered a veggie McChicken, but got a regular McChicken (with meat). We really don't want to eat meat, so we asked if they were sure it was veggie a couple of times because we didn't trust the package. They were Sure they got it right, but unfortunately we knew we got the wrong burger after the first bite. We did get a new one, but we would have liked a decent apology. Well, what can you say about a McDonalds? I had a chicken salad...that was a mistake. Tasteless, to cold, dry...sadness in a plastic container. Worst service ever at McDonald's Nieuwegein last night. 45 minutes for 1 x kip nuggets 2 x fries and 3 x milk shakes. Apology given and then different customer advised to demand free ice cream for the kids which was reluctantly given but not offered without demand. So many customers waited more than 1 hour. Some customers demanded refund and cancelled orders and left. Understanding it was peak time the service really bad. Service Take out Meal type Other

Food was good (better than usual) and so was the service as they brought your order to your table. When you have ordered, you can choose a seating of your liking and they will bring your food to you when it's ready. The place is clean and the staff was polite and friendly. The service is top notch and the staff very professional. This McDonald's was certainly out of the ordinary, in a good way.
