Our team hosted our end-of-season banquet at McKenzie, and it was truly exceptional. Every detail we asked for was delivered flawlessly, from the delicious and plentiful food to the privacy afforded by the Club Room for our speeches and awards. Moreover, we appreciated the extra time allocated for setting up decorations, ample parking space, and the dedicated service from our waitress, which added to the overall fantastic experience. We arranged a winter gathering for 20-25 golfing friend on Friday night at McKenzie's in Malvern. Every aspect, from arranging the reservation and securing a private room to the attentive oversight of a manager (coincidentally the one who handled our booking), the efficient bar service, delicious food, and the dedicated service of our server Natalie in ensuring accurate orders and separate checks for most guests, was truly outstanding! If you are having a party or just want a great place to go out for dinner and drinks, McKenzie's should be on your list. Apparently the owner they claim to be it was a woman was very rude to me when picking up an order I expressed to her about my concerns of medical issues of breathing issues that I deal with sometimes luckily, it’s only episodes and not on a regular basis apparently she did not have no care in the world to ask somebody kindly to please not smoke at the main entrance where people have to come and gothe lady was also very rude to me about it along with the issues of I don’t have to do anything to help you out I’m not gonna address it you can walk out both of the two doors on the side of the building so she literally told me to walk around with breathing issues which took longer to get to my car would you trust to have your grandparents here or any loved one that you know has breathing issues or even maybe walking issues there’s also no accessibility whatsoever for handicap.
