As a local I hate to say anything negative but the food was bland. The staff is wonderful! Don't get me wrong on that part. Two of us had fajitas and one had steak ranchero. The fajitas had almost zero seasoning. The steak ranchero was more along the line of a bland carne guisada. I will give them praise for their chicken fried steak. It's what I usually eat here.
