Restaurant atmosphere - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The restaurant has a cozy ambiance. It is super warm inside and the overall aesthetics and layout of the restaurant is really beautiful. Location - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Strategically located in the center and is close to shops Food quality - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best meal that we had, HANDS DOWN! Food is superb! They have a wide selection of cuisines and we love literally everything that we ordered! All the food had clean taste, well-seasoned and well-cooked! Absolutely delicious! Service - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everyone is so friendly and ready to help if you have questions. The waiting time is not long and you have enough time to chat while waiting for your next order without getting bored of waiting. Everything is so clean and all the staff are smiling. Price - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The price is reasonably cheap for the quality of everything in this restaurant! You get unlimited food (except drinks and desserts) that are all so delicious! Fine dining experience! Overall experience - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We went here to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and we have zero regrets for going here! I am very happy I saw this on google. The restaurant is still new but they are already so experienced when it comes to the quality of their food and service. The concept of ordering is unique and easy to follow. There is also no time limit so there is no pressure at all to eat so much to get what you pay for. We will definitely come back and bring our friends here! I'm a picky eater. Originally from Asia but I have to give 5 starts for the food concept of this restaurant. If they serve an Asian dish, the taste isn't mixed with western food and vice versa. Food decoration is took care carefully. Service is good. Really pay attention to details of customers' request. Price is cheap for All-you-can-eat menu (according to my opinion) because the food quality is so good. Also I never had a beautiful delicious desert in a restaurant for €2.6 in the Netherlands until I came to this restaurant. We visited Memories on Saturday for dinner with our two children and had a fantastic evening with great drinks, world-class service, and surprisingly sophisticated and yummy food. We sat in the courtyard in the back under a beautiful green grapevine in a chic and relaxed setting. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, entertaining our kids, treating us with a number of interesting amuse bouches and digestive spirits. We had the fish (both halibut and cod) and our children shared the entrecôte which was delicious. As a starter we had the coquille which was cooked in its own charcoal pot and adorned with aromatic spices. This is a really good example of a great book that should not be judged by its cover, as the main entrance does not quite reflect the cozy and yummy experience that the restaurant (in particular in their courtyard) can deliver. Verrassend. Qua eten, entourage, vriendelijkheid. Je zit op je gemak, geen tijdsdruk, gewoon...gewoon. Met een tablet (of desgewenst met eigen telefoon waarop je kunt bestellen en dat vervolgens op de algemene tablet komt te staan) bestel je een hoofdgerecht en/of "bijgerecht". Ook dranken worden zo besteld. Vervolgens wordt dat bereidt en al na 10 minuten kun je alweer opnieuw bestellen. Maar de gerechten zijn redelijk snel klaar en er is geen haast bij qua tijdslimiet. Wat je besteld hebt wordt aan tafel gebracht, mooi opgemaakt. Ze hebben niet heel veel keuze aan sushigerechten, maar wat er is, smaakt erg goed. We hebben heerlijk gegeten, de drankjes en toetjes (normale prijzen) worden apart berekend. Vriendelijke medewerkers, af en toe een praatje en een lolletje, borden worden snel weggeruimd, kortom zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. We hebben hier met een gezelschap van 6 personen ontzettend mogen genieten van overheerlijke gerechten, super leuk personeel en hele fijne ambiance. Vanaf de buitenkant bij aankomst niet verwacht zo’n grote maar vooral ontzettend mooie zaak binnen te lopen. Ontvangst was door een hele aardige man, werden naar een mooi plekje buiten onder de overkapping gebracht. Het gehele terras bevind zich in een zeer mooie ruimte waarbij enorm veel druiventrossen schaduw bieden boven je hoofd. Uitleg over het hele concept was duidelijk en makkelijk, 1 bijgerecht en 1 voor/hoofdgerecht per persoon per ronde en je kan blijven zitten en bestellen tot de keuken sluit. Aan het begin gedacht dat de bestelbare hoeveelheid per persoon best wel weinig was aangezien wij niet elke ronde bijgerechten bestelden maar dit was zeker niet het geval. De gerechten zelf zijn ontzettend lekker, er word veel tijd besteed aan de opmaak er van, de bereiding en dat proef je gewoon helemaal terug! Vooral de sushi proef je in terug dat deze vers is, de sashimi idem dito. Zeer verrast hoe lekker de zalm tartaar en rundertartaar waren en al helemaal over de malsheid van de gebakken ossenhaas (waarbij je via het bestelsysteem kan aangeven hoe je deze gebakken wilt hebben) en met een ruime keuze aan sauzen. Als laatste toch ook een bijzonder groot compliment aan de ontzettend leuke bediening die zorgt voor een hele leuke gezellige sfeer tijdens het tafelen, veel humor en echt interesse toont in jou als gast. Prima gegeten. Onbeperkt de tijd hadden wij hier. Niet veel betaald vergeleken met de concurrentie. Bestellen gaat makkelijk via de tablet of je mobiel. Je blijft dus aan tafel wachten top je hapjes.
