I've been to several Mexican inns, and the only reason why I give it a 3 it's because they need to pay attention to the details. The waitress was really good. She came and checked up on us like you would expect. My first impression was a bad one when I had to wait for a table when there was clearly more than enough places available, tables and booths, and then just to be seated on the patio without even asked if I wanted to seat there. Yesterday was a little warm, so I believe that question is a must. Also, I was handed a menu that was splattered with salsa on the pages. That just added to my already not awesome experience. Thankfully, the waitress did her job well, and that's why I chose to give it an over all 3. Otherwise, I would have done a 2. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Normally everything is great but for this visit the service was terrible. The waiter took our order and we waited for 15 minutes and never got our drinks I could see him running around doing other stuff so we got up and left. I called to speak to a manager but was asked for my name and phone number and the corporate manager would call me the next day, but I have yet to hear from anyone. It's always great! We have been going to Mexican inn since I was like 6 years old and we love it. Recently moved to where there is no Mexican inn and when we come down to Texas it's a must. Tortillas were so cold they would not melt butter. The rice was hard. The enchiladas were tough and tasted sweet. Server couldn’t remember his name. Host was borderline rude. this location on 377 has great service. Food is the typical Mexican Inn franchise. However, you go here for the fresh corn tortillas and the homemade tortilla chips. They look like Fritos but taste awesome. Sine the salsa is fresh. it can range from not hot, to med-hot. I typically get the Mexican Cafe dinner. Give them a try. Fantastic experience so happy they are back! Everything had great flavor and hot! We were served with fresh, hit corn tortillas and corn chips with our three dishes of salsa...mild was still a little warm for me, but there was butter for the tortillas. Food was just ok. Some things were great like the chips and salsa. The queso was just ok. The Nachos were individually done so if you like that then you'll be happy if you are not a heathen and like real nachos it will probably drive you crazy. The place has a fun & open atmosphere with very friendly people from the greeters to the servers to the managers. They always start you out with WARM & FRESH Corn Chips w/ their signature salsa...not the typical tortilla chips you get everywhere else! The food can only be described as Tex Mex at its best. My Brisket Burrito was GINORMOUS and perfectly prepared. The brisket was tender and savory and burrito was also stuffed with beans, guacamole, queso, pico de gallo. They could turn up the heat a little this one...not very spicy at all, but overall great flavor. Great decor and very clean throughout the restaurant top to bottom; but you should be ready because it can get a little loud at times with all the open space.

One of our favorite restaurants in Keller. We came the first day of open and we've been coming to this restaurant ever since. It's a very clean establishment, and they have very friendly people working there. The chips and salsa are Divine and the food is excellent. Highly recommended!
