The service at Mia’s is fantastic, Jude I believe, she is genuinely kind and hustled her butt off by herself for the lunch crowd. The food was delicious, it took about as long as I’d expect for fresh food. The Beef with beef meat ball Pho was something I am already planning on going back for. It was hot with fresh sprouts and their noodles are delicious and well made. I also asked for Pot Stickers which were delightfully crispy on the outside and extremely flavorful. I love Pho! This is now my Pho spot in Billings. Edit: back again. 3-8-24. This place is consistently delicious! The service is consistently excellent. Meh. Only one server for restaurant. She was working hard but couldn’t keep up with lunch rush. Food was mediocre. Have had much better for the price paid.
