I definitely recommend the tacos or anything else on the menu. This place does not disappoint. They have a killer Vanilla Bean Coffee, a large selection of food and drinks. I have loved this place forever. The food is banging. The drinks are good. If you have the right bartender. Be careful lol. Waitresses are super sweet. Great place to watch sports and fights. I frequent Mid City pub and grill for lunch at least once a week. I’m always greeted with a smile and the friendly bar staff remember my drink order. Often times it’s in front me before I even fully sit down. They have an extensive menu with options for everyone. If for some reason you are not happy with the food, they are always quick to offer something else to make sure you leave happy. Homemade chicken fingers are a staple! They also have the Friendliest staff around! This is a great place to chill in a casual atmosphere with plenty of tvs to catch your favorite sports action. If you are in the area, check it out. The "Texas Size French Toast" is ONE piece of bread, and pretty terrible. The potatoes are the same frozen ones you get at the store. I've had better breakfasts from fast food joints. I got one cup of coffee and wasn't offered a refill until we asked for the check. The breakfast burger my friend ordered looked pretty good. The atmosphere is "generic sports bar". Service was lacking, to say the least, once the food hit the table the waitress entered the witness protection program. This place used to be better? I'm being nitpicky, maybe.. The food is still great, friendly staff, good drinks. But it seems like the quality of everything else has gone down, napkins & hand towels are so thin they just fell apart. The place needs some TLC, in the bathrooms there are holes in the walls and tiles falling off, nobody had been in there to tidy up for a while either.
