to say this place was a disappointment is an understatement. i went with my mother who is visiting looking to get lunch. the girl at the register was sweet and we order chairs and a panini and ciabatta. the chai taste like warm, watered down milk, no flavor. asked to remake and they made it unbelievably hot it burnt my moms mouth. when they brought us our food we were not given napkins. i honestly could’ve went to sprouts deli for a better sandwich, $14 is absurd for the lack in quality. theres is clearly very little knowledge with customer service.

Great view and lovely atmosphere. Absolutely terrible food that is cold and overpriced. Probably would have been good for a quick beverage, but recommend eating elsewhere.

This is my second visit to this place. The first one was over a year ago and I thought they would be better by now, but unfortunately no. Today, I paid $14 dollars for a breakfast sandwich with bacon and that’s what I received. I asked the lady about it and she said this is the normal amount of bacon they put in a sandwich that has only 3 ingredients: bacon, egg and cheese (I paid 1.30 extra to add the avocado you see)
Well, I live walking distance from this place and it could be a regular if they had a different attitude when I complained. I am only giving 2 stars because the view its nice, but it could be another restaurant in this place, once this one doesn’t deliver good food or service.
FYI I paid $49.33 for a caprese toast + this sandwich you see + latte + Arnold Palmer. I wouldn’t mind paying this much if the service and food were AMAZING.
