Having seen Takena Landing Park, it's time to have a rest at this restaurant. If you have never tasted Japanese cuisine, you should order a table at Momiji. Many guests say that waiters serve tasty shrimp tempura, nigiri and misir here. This place offers you delicious tea. Different than the restaurant that they have in Lebanon. It's arguable as to which one is better. food was amazing. Price is great. Atmosphere is also quite nice. I always love it when I go to a restaurant. And my water cup is filled up before it's empty. There were 2 very nice waitresses there. The other night. This was so good. They were very large portions, and they were quick and so friendy. We worried about ordering because it was 8:10pm but they took time with us on the phone to make sure the sushi was just exactly what we were looking for. Went 2 nights for dinner w my daughter visiting from San Diego . Great food . Sweet & friendly waitress & her assistant. I will be back & I live in Corvallis. Totally worth it. I admittedly am not well versed in the knowledge of quality sushi. However, I will say that the sweet and fun waitress we had was a joy. She was very intelligent, humorous, quick-witted, sarcastic, respectful, and upbeat while providing fantastic waiting services. The food was delicious to my pallet for what I like. My cousin and his wife both said they loved the establishment and compared it to a place that they enjoyed back where they live, saying this place was better. They are from the Snohomish area of Washington State. So overall, great place. Hope you get lots of great reviews. I love the momiji in Lebanon, unfortunately the Albany location is not up to the same standards in my opinion. One notable thing was that the sushi rolls were very bland. We had ordered spicy ones as well and there was no spice or flavor to any of the rolls we ordered and they all tasted the same. The service was okay, however maybe not as good as what a mandatory 18% gratuity for our party of 6 should be. We are tippers and I would have likely done 15% based on the service we received but it wasn't too big of a deal. I've always loved momiji. 2 years ago, I moved to the Klamath area which had one location, but it wasn't very good. I moved back several months ago, and have consistently gotten GREAT food and GREAY service at this location. The place is comfortable to sit down and eat, the waiters are not overbearing they are always so sweet and helpful. Will forever be my choice for sushi Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered Eel roll, Miso soup, cucumber salad, California roll and calamari. The rolls were prepared well and decorated, fresh, maybe slightly salty on the topping sauce for the eel rolls. Miso soup and cucumber salad were cheap side appetizers and sizes of containers reflected the price. The calamari however was possibly the worst I've ever had. They had the consistency of deep fried rubber bands, and maybe a cup and a half of product for 9$ was pretty disappointing. Attached are photos of all but the rolls, the rolls slipped off the seat of my car on the drive home and I didn't think it would be fair to show them in the disheveled state.
