With a name like Mrs. Linda, she embodied the expectations I had for her food. The food was cooked with love and care as if you were getting it from an aunt. The catfish was cooked to perfection 🥰. I honestly should have gotten an extra piece of fish. The Mac and cheese was unique and light. The fried chicken taste as though I made it at home. It was so good I drove to only find out she was closed for weekly cleaning for Monday and Tuesday and even then, she made sure I was well taken care of. She knows great customer service and is everything you expect when looking for soul food that sticks to you, but isn't heavy feeling.
