The service is awful! Not once in 2 weeks have they got a simple order correct and every server scatters like rats the second the line goes down and they pretend to be busy doing something else and refuse to wait on the customers until a line forms again!! It's truly awful! They don't listen and it's pretty pricey to be giving the complete opposite of what a customer orders! I tried giving them multiple chances but it's not worth it when there are much better coffee joints with much better service around with far better tasting food! When 4 out of the 6 servers clearly hate their jobs the service severely reflects this!! Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

None of the workers know what's going on. Half hour for 2 bagels and 1 coffee. Come 9n Muffi. House, do better, seriously! And then when I got home my order was wrong. And an employee was rude when I asked for the extra cream cheese I paid for. I wouldn't go back if it were free. This place is the best place ever. If I’m ever near one of their locations I have to stop. The staff here is so nice and their coffee is the best I’ve ever had. Blueberry muffins that challenge Jordan Marsh muffins! Staff was inattentive. Stood as the only customer at the counter for several minutes, while one person was sweeping right in front of us and two others were talking, maybe training.
