A mixture of terrible restaurant systems and shortage of staff means the food, if it comes out in a timely manner, is often wrong. I still have hope for this place, but don't expect the experience to be smooth.
Update: I returned 4 months later and I'm shocked that this place is still open. There was one other table without food and it still took 35 minutes for my food to come out wrong. This was the last chance and it was horrendous.

Jan 22. On a Saturday early afternoon. This place is very nice. Looks clean. Clean bathrooms (always a plus in restaurants). Very tasteful interior. However, the service is sloooooow. Awful. There is one service person on the floor with 9 tables and 8 people at the bar. That's right. One person as waitress, bartender, hostess, busboy. She is killing herself doing a great job, but overwhelmed. The management should be replaced. They are clearly disinterested in customer service. The food was very good. Burgers cooked correctly (rare for us). The appetizer should have come out prior to entries, but it could not be helped with only one person. It was cold. We may give this another shot at another time but are in no rush to return.
