Service is a bit slow here. Waited a really long time for water and napkins. We went on a Monday with a party of 3 and there was no wait. The burgers are really good. Just poor service. If you're not hungry, you might like this place. I'd say the Middleton location is a little too gritty for me. The ambiance is non-existent. The downtown one is a lot nicer. Food in the downtown location is excellent. We sat in the Middleton location restaurant for more than 10 minutes and nobody waited on us, not good. We were seated upstairs and it didn't seem very busy, but there was a large table there for a holiday event that seem to be getting a lot of service, but not our table.
