The service was terrible. Not because it was busy…. Sadly, my waitress only had one other table, then myself. She never once checked on me, or asked me if I needed anything else… Another waitress had to come pick my plates up off my table. I then had to ask her for my check since my waitress was still blabbing away. I paid my check and left…my waitress never once turned around, so I figured she didn’t need any tips today. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone. The food was OK. I love New Braunfels, but very few food places give you that "wow" factor in town, and my brothers in Christ, this place had that wow factor. I went for lunch with my little brother and we shared the sampler appetizers and everything was delicious. Shrimp were large and fried to perfection, calamari were crispy, and the mozzarella cheese sticks slapped. I ordered a stromboli and buddy in the kitchen that made it, made it well. Noli's will definitely enter my rotation of "you know you're going to get good food" places. Food was amazing. The taste, plating, temperature, and simple presentation of everything was excellent. The service was friendly but somewhat rushed to the point of discomfort; their menu is a book and the server kept asking if we were ready to order every couple of minutes. Then when our appetizer came she asked us three times if we were ready to order entrees while we were still working on the appetizer. Service was very friendly but certainly didn't adjust to the pace of the table. My entree came too close to the appetizer and something had to get cold and then dessert came too far/long after the entree (possibly overcorrected). Aside from timing of service, the food was aces! We tried the Bruschetta as the appetizer and it was different but balanced and full of flavor and the Tiramisu for dessert was one of the best I have ever had; not too sweet, not too cold, tot to thin/runny, not too thick. They also managed to put the perfect amount of espresso on top (most places over powder) It was set and balanced perfectly. I would definitely go back; but I would also go just for the Tiramisu! Stopped by for dinner and this place was amazing!!! From the moment we walked into the restaurant we were greeted with a heartfelt welcome. The owner, the waitress, the buss boy, the entire staff was top notch friendly!!! Then we got our food, and it was delicious!! The food was incredible!! Compliments to the chef!! The servers were very attentive and provided great service! The overall atmosphere is perfect for a family outing or date night! Lunch specials until 3:00 pm. Plenty of parking. No wait. Reservations not needed. Food was great. We tried the sampler and the eggplant parmigiana. Helena, our server, greeted us with a smile and with knowledge of their offerings. My wife's Tortellini Alla Panna and said it was not only delicious, but that the sauce is PERFECT! My Pasta Sampler was exquisite! And the atmosphere was beautifully enhanced by the soft Italian music... A wonderful dinning experience! Service was okay. Ranch for the salad was too bitter for my taste and only came with one small slice of tomato, but the garlic bread for the table was pretty good. Chicken picatta was too mushy, but flavor was good. Pizza on the other hand was okay, nothing special, but didn’t live up to the quality and price. Total price of dinner came out to almost $50 for two entrees, a side salad, and one drink. Price versus quality didn’t match and probably won’t be coming here again. Amazing amazing amazing amazing that is how you speak of this restaurant! I'm going to start off with the server Brittany she was awesome every time we go back we will be looking for her. Not asked for the food phenomenal the wine was great the atmosphere was awesome the customer service from everyone as we watched around the restaurant was Top Notch! The menu was set up perfect so that way you can order as a cordingley appetizers soup salad Foods desserts and of course your drink menu.
