Food took forever to get. People who had ordered after us were getting their food. By the time we received ours, I asked the girl if it was cold, and she said no. Guess what? The food was great. We have gluten sensitive people in our family and they took good care to make sure there was no cross contamination. My order didn’t have the chicken in it and it’s pricy to add chicken so I drove my broke bum down there to get the chicken and the manager was very apologetic, made me a new one super fast, and gave me a gift card. My spouse ordered a regular Mac and cheese, and they gave her a small size Mac and cheese. We didn't know until several hours later because we went to babysit, and by the time we noticed, we were 15 mins away from the store, and several hours had surpassed. Not sure if they just ran out of the regular containers or never learned sizes in school, but this was disappointing. Still never received the compensation the owner promised after this mishap. Changing the review. Store owner promised to remedy this situation but still no action had been taken. Tells me they chase reviews to get people in the door but don't actually care as long as they get their money.
