I was on a short 40 minute motorcycle ride with the wife and we decided to stop and get a bite. Wow, we were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and kindness of Lena at the counter taking our order. We were even more pleased when our food arrived. This was the best roast beef sandwich I have seen in a long time. Everything was fresh and delicious. The freshly cut fries are amazing and plentiful. Very competitive pricing, and their food is A+ It was clean and cozy with a definite family run atmosphere. If you are looking for an affordable but amazing meal, this place is perfect. Currently in the middle of our meal from here and could not write this review fast enough! As a family from the South Shore - the home of the Roast Beef 3 Way (depending on who you ask 😉) - this family brought us home with theirs. It’s divine and so perfect to what we have loved and enjoyed for years, but have been unable to get living in NB. The chicken finger dinner is outstanding, the chicken fingers are more cutlet style, so moist, and so flavorful. But do not go into the meal expecting your run of the mill tenders, these are EXCEPTIONAL. I had a salami grinder and the meat and cheese were freshly sliced, the tomatoes were juicy, and the dressing was full of flavor. The fries are in a category of their own - they are Five Guys style, hand sliced, and lightly seasoned. The Cajun fries are unlike any restaurant - sit down or take out that we’ve had; absolutely outstanding. This place is a gem to NB and is our family’s new go to for takeout or delivery. Keep up the great work, your hard work, and the love you put into this food shines through. We will see you soon!! This was our first visit. We arrived on time and the worker was pleasant. We should have opened the pizza box while there because when we arrived home we found the cheese, peppers and onions were blackened and the crust overdone and hard. Very disappointed for $18. I'm only giving 3 stars because the lettuce was fresh- However no chicken no extra dressing- both paid for! Fries cold full of grease Pizza cold and very unappealing This is not the 1st bad experience since new ownership but it is the last. Highly recommend chicken and broccoli Alfredo dinner (wasnt an option for it on Google) I just ate my first order for a chicken and broccoli alfredo dinner with the new owners (everyone has their test food, know what I mean?). Wow. I loved it from the presentation, even though it was take out, to the leftovers I'm sure to enjoy tomorrow. The dinner even came with a small ceasar salad (unless that was a mistake lol). Dinner was obviously homemade, enough sauce without drowning in it and the chicken... Yum. Someone sure knows how to cook it without overcooking it. Hard to do with nuggets. I got the chef salad as well (someone else mentioned this in their review). They asked me if I wanted peppers and onions. I opted for no, so yes mine was just lettuce, two baby carrots, 4 tomatoes and one slice of cucumber. However the heaping amount of lettuce and more importantly to me, the quality of the vegetables was superior (except tomatos... good luck trying to get great ones right now anywhere though). I also learned THEY DELIVER (WHAAAAA??) The sign on side of the building says it. Haven't tried it but surely will! And finally wanted to add I ordered chicken wings. They asked me what kind, breaded or not but I didn't understand honestly. I said no because I thought they meant chicken fingers. When we saw they were seasoned but naked wings we realized they may not use typical frozen box wings, or at least have a wider selection. Nice. While I miss Stacey's smiling face, welcome to the NB family guys. Cold Unappealing pizza- very little toppings- small in size for a large pizza Salad- Lettuce was fresh However large carrots and no other veggies - just wrong!
