We went once and loved it, went again and brought friends, loved it more, went 3rd time brought family (kids and grandkids) everyone loved it. Everything we got was excellent! Service was very family fun. Price very reasonable. We stopped counting how many times we have been here but had to share it is well worth the visit, what are you waiting for? Three of us arrived on time for our reservation at 4:30 PM. It took 10 minutes for a server to greet us. Gave our drink At 4:41 PM. Our appetizer and meal came out before the blue moon beer. Ordered margarita with patron. It was not patron tequila and the Server said it was patron and continued to argue with me that it was patron. Two other people tasted it, and. It was like drinking cheap tequila in a large Volume. We asked for the owner she came over and said that the poor service was because of shift changes. She took some money off of the bill, but I never received my correct drink order before we left the table. The margarita just sat on the table until we left. Two of my guests have been here several times, and experienced the same service problems. It also helps that the server can understand you and speak English, which was not the case this time. Downtown restaurant with outside seating though get prepared for three different types of music that compete which each other and can be a bit annoying as you can't talk to each other. Might be a one off though but it was really disturbing. Grouper sandwich was ok, could have done with some extra spices. Salad was fresh, tasted good. Not great. My wife enjoyed her martinis. Her risotto was good too. The margherita pizza was terrible. It was not a traditional margherita pizza. It was a cheese pizza with tomato slices. It tasted worse than frozen pizza. And what kind of chef serves the bottom slice of the tomato on a pizza? Just awful! The meatballs were rubbery and tasted like Chef Boyardee. Just not good. The food was great. Servers worked very hard and did a great job. One check for 19 people is impossible to manage. We came up short on our collection towards the bill, and I'm afraid that the servers suffered. Though tip was included, some of us pitched in more for the servers....or so we intended. Annie our server was great however the busers and hostess have an opportunity for improvement. The place was empty xuring lunch and we were the only table inside. I had to refill our tables water, flag busers (while they continued to ignore us behind the bar) to clear our table (3x), and the hostess felt the need to rub our baby's head in the middle of our meal.
