This small wine and deli boutique is located in a small strip just behind a gas station. Limited parking but there is handicap parking.
They have metal tables outside the door for relaxing and consuming your meal.
The door is covered with signage and rules but don't let that deter you from entering the establishment.
The inside drink and wine area is clean and well-stocked. The organization of the products was great. As I walked to the back, to my right was a wine tasting bar and to my left was a pretty nice deli. The young lady at the cash register greeted me upon entering. When I walked to the back of this quaint deli/wine store I came to a cooler well stocked with local and imported drinks of all kinds. It's not just a wine bar. It's not just a deli. It's an experience.
They had many sandwiches to choose from but I chose the sausage breakfast burrito. It was recommended by the clerk that I get some green sauce with it and she was right. The burrito was pretty big and crafted with care. With each bite, I had a taste of the eggs, sausage, cheese, and hashbrowns. Many burritos I encounter are just thrown together and rolled up where you get a different burrito in each bite. You could see the care even in the wrapping and cutting in half for easier consumption.
The size of the burrito:
The burrito is about as round as a Starbucks Venti cold cup and the length of a Venti Starbucks plastic straw. The breakfast burrito was cut in half for easier consumption.
It took about five minutes for the burrito to be ready for me to take it to go. Total was $10.76 with tax as of 1/7/24 and was worth it.
It was a lot of fun browsing the cold fridge drinks and entertaining myself with their clever names while I waited for my meal.
I definitely recommend this secret wonder if you're ever in the Aliso Viejo, Ca area.

This place is amazing! I totally recommend it! They have the coolest wine tasting set up. You buy a card and get to serve yourself your own wines to taste! This is better than other wine tasting places because you have a super wide selection of wines. I absolutely love it here.

Local & loving it!
Eating and drinking like you’ve never experienced it together before! We need more of these in the world! I always have awesome experiences here and meet other happy locals in the process. The staff (shout out to David & Teri) are nice and helpful, the food is delicious, and the wine bar is a dream! Enjoy a large selection of unique (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) refrigerated drinks on the go or sit down in their bar area for a meal and a drink. They also sell daily fresh bakery items and have a small in-house menu that includes foods such as charcuterie boards, flatbreads and a huge plate of bruschetta that can be shared with a group.
*First Timers: For breakfast, try any of their breakfast burritos. They’re big enough to split with someone else.. unless you’re really hungry! For lunch or dinner try their sandwiches. I recommend the chicken sandwich. For a little extra flavor, add their pesto mayo or their oil-vinegar combo.
*Wine Tasting: Inside the bar area, there is bar style seating and a self-serve automatic dispensable wine bar, or what my friends and I like to call “the holy grail for wine drinkers.” This place is a dream for any wine tasters out there who don’t like having to choose between a couple of wines to taste. Using a card with a microchip bought from the cashier, you can sample any wines ON TAP. Each pour is 2 ounces and individual pour prices, based on the bottle price, are labeled above each bottle. There are information cards with details about the wine and their prices per bottle so you can inform yourself on each bottle before choosing which wine to sample. (For first time Wine taters: the bottles are sorted from whites to red and it is recommended you start tasting with the whites and work your way to the reds.)
* Events: A few times a month they host special wine tastings with their own sommelier, David, who’s extremely knowledgeable on anything to do with wine. Ask him a question, he knows the answer! He has been very helpful every time I’ve been in. Thanks David!
*Live Music: On the weekends, they have live music. Enjoy local artists play while you sip your wine and much on your food. It’s such a relaxed atmosphere!
I absolutely love this place and live down the street so I take friends and family often. I’m past due for writing this review! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves great deli sandwiches and wine tasting while occasionally getting to know a local or two!
*Also, check out the Saffron bakery next door for tasty desserts after wine tasting!
