Very disappointed in the wait time. We've been sitting here for 45 minutes before we were served our food. We were constantly having to remind our server for orders and additional items such as condiments. He did tell us his name nor have eye contact. The atmosphere was nice. We frequented this establishment because the other ale house closed unexpectedly. The food was okay. This was an unremarkable visit. I feel like everything was understaffed. Do not go here when there is an event at Eagle Bank Arena. They are not equipped for that kind of business. Seated at 6:15, apps were served cold (not supposed to be), drinks had to be asked for a second time, received cold pizza at 7:30. Had to eat quickly to make it across the street for 8:00. The only conversation that could be overheard was the servers apologizing profusely to their customers. We did not enjoy our experience. Our table was very sticky so we had to request for it to be cleaned again. When it was cleaned, only a small paper towel was used to wipe it down so it was still sticky when she was finished. Our waiter was nice, but when he brought our drink order my glass had an old lipstick stain on it. We also ordered an Old Fashioned and it was weak and overpowered with grenadine. The food took a long time to arrive (over 30 minutes) and when it did arrive the quality was mediocre. The pizza was a bit dry, like it had been under a heat lamp for a while. My wife and I enjoy this place and often sit at the bar. Many of the wait staff are friendly and attentive. Often our bar tender, Bryan, is wonderful as are the others. I enjoy the flights of craft beer and the food is good. Our waitress, Olivia, is a true pleasure, friendly, cheerful and full of sunshine. This is one of our go-to places!
