Waited over 1.5 hours to get our food. Waitress kept forgetting who had what at the table. Just poor, poor service and lackluster food (from what we received). Only saving grace was they did comp for meal for the long wait. But would not go back. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I waited up there for 30 minutes, which isn't abnormal, to get all the way home and find the lid to my sushi wasn't closed all the way when I pulled it out of the bag. volcano roll was dumped all at the bottom of the bag. okay, I called them and politely told them what happened and they said oh I'm sorry. then long pause. okay.. sorry doesn't fix my meal all smashed together at the bottom of a paper bag. so I get transferred to a manager. she BLAMES me and says it's my fault, I wasn't careful with it, and then called me a liar saying that it didn't happen. after arguing back and forth she offers to remake it but at this point I'm done. who knows what they would do to my food with the attitude they had towards me. my family and I eat here OFTEN with no complaints ever before this. never coming back. crazy.
