Our food server was Patricia and she was fantastic. Best server I've had in a long time. I had Alfredo Chicken off the lunch menu. The chicken was a little more money, no problem. Cost to food quality is overrated. The service is generally really good. Our last visit the salad didn't have much dressing, The chicken gnocchi was off, it was really running and more of a water broth with no flavor. Salmon was overdone and the broccoli was bland. They also seemed to be rationing their Alfredo and bread sticks. Over all stick to the things they are known for and you should be good. This is an easy choice for a nice lunch with family or friends. The food is consistent and good for a chain restaurant. The staff is generally super friendly and helpful. There's never too much of a wait. Surprisingly good cappuccino however the machine is mysteriously not working about every other visit. I have purchased the chicken gnocchi soup many times via carry out. The last two times I noticed quite a difference in the soup. Tonight's I have to say, I was very disappointed. It used to be creamy and good. Tonight's was so runny, no flavor, and not creamy at all. Very little chicken was in it. I will not be purchasing again. I know that places are cutting back but cutting the soup by adding more liquid is really wrong. You are cutting quality just to add quantity.
