Madison was our waitress for our party of nine meetings. The service was very good and attentive from Madison. She took excellent care of us. The food was good and hot when we got it. The drinks were good. The fried green beans with ranch dressing were excellent. I had catfish with mixed veggies and onion rings. The catfish was great and I got a big portion. The mixed veggies were not that good. I will get coleslaw next time. Everyone said their food was good. The Pyramid City Band members enjoyed the service and food. Great place for a meeting or party. We went and got the buffet. Friday night is a seafood buffet. I wish we wouldn't have. I think it was 17 dollars per adult. It was not worth that. The noodles were so overcooked that they were mush. The fish tasted fishy. I was excited to see that they had the stuff fried crab. It was so greasy and soggy. And the taste was horrible. I took 1 bite and spit it out in my napkin. On the first trip, I had 2 things on my plate. They had run out of everything and needed to restock it. Okay, no big deal. So I go back. The peel and eat shrimp were half frozen. Frozen so much so you couldn't chew them. Our waitress was okay. Had to hunt her down for tea. When I asked her to bring an extra glass of tea with no ice so she wouldn't be running so much, I looked at mw like I had 2 heads. I had to explain to her why. When she brought it out, it had ice. My husband just poured it from that glass to his. It had so much ice that the glass wasn't half full with tea. The next 3 times he needed refills, we had to hunt her down. Only bringing 1 glass at a time. I hate the food kind of sucked. There are not many places in Millington that aren't Mexican places. Hopefully they can get it figured out. From the sound of it we weren't the only ones that had issues. We over heard several tables talking bad about the food and service. Our waitress was not attentive. Had to ask for bread, and its not the garlic bread sticks they used to have, really disappointed. The salad bar was not cold--like room temp salad and dressings and pudding. Didn't eat mine, not safe. Lasagna was good, pizza was very good. Steak tips missing gravy, dry, but our waitress never came back to check on us. Took almost 10 minutes to pay the bill at the front--was very tempted to just walk out. Won't be back. The buffet was pretty good. They had catfish, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, corn, roast with potatoes and carrots and peach cobbler for dessert. Everything was really good with the exception of the peach cobbler. Give them a try they have a pretty big menu aside from the buffet. The staff at this location were awesome! Very sweet. Our waitress, Alexis, was on point! Only wish they would spread the customers out more when they aren't busy instead of putting everyone in a line of tables. Love the salad bar and pizza! Will be coming back!
