This store has an amazing selection of gluten free deserts in their bakery! The strawberry tres leches is my favorite! The customer service is always perfection! They are all so happy and welcoming! They truly care about their customers! It’s also always so clean and organized which is a plus! My day is always made when I come here! I can’t wait to go back!
Today I went to Roots this morning and ordered a breakfast burrito cost $10 expecting fresh vegetables and fresh meat to my surprise. When I opened the package after leaving the burrito was made with bacon bits cooked into the eggs and stirred up like a mush. very disappointed having had fresh fresh vegetables and meat in the last couple of burritos I’ve purchased. I felt the need to call and express my disappointment manager of that department told me they were using bacon bits because it’s easier. I’m sorry I’m just not really interested in making the cooks life easier at $10 for the burrito Most likely will be the last burrito I buy a route.
I’ve also had a bad experience with the produce department with skyrocketing prices and false information about availability specifically grapes organic grapes being sold the other outlets nearby for half the price and have never lost availability. Just seems Roots has gone to gouging disappointing.
One of our favorite stores. Vegetables and fruits are always fresh and some of them are second to none. The service that people provide as good as it can be. Its been a year and we are continue shopping at this place always getting al the items that are on our list.

I always love and look forward to my trips to Roots, and love the store layout, the smoothie people, and burrito bowls however my recent trip was an overall trainwreck. On my way inside earlier today, a homeless man asked me if i could buy him an orange juice, and I said yes no questions asked. However at cashwrap, the cashier ringing me up (the older gentleman), decided to take it upon himself to say to a group of co-workers next to him "Oh my god he's still here, is that chick gonna buy him one or not, he needs to get out of here" not knowing that they were referring to me until he handed me my item. Although he apologized profusely, I still feel disappointed and disrespected and I think that this is a way uglier and trashy look on your company than any homeless person next to your store. Do better roots, train your employees to maybe not bash on homeless people asking for beverages when it's a billion degrees out!!!!!! also go to sprouts or barons.
Great grocery store! When we moved here from LA, I was disappointed there was no Whole Foods in town, but this does the job perfectly! Their hot bar and bakery items are DELICIOUS! I bring my kids in here frequently to get a treat that I feel better about giving them that isn’t so processed. Love this place!
After a 4yr hiatus, I came back tonight! So pleased and happy! Stopped at the burrito bar and made the absolute best TOFU burrito! Did I mention the salad bar is sooo tasty and fresh! Everything is more than 5stars. Seriously. They let me bring my service dog too! Be blessed and stop here please!

I love this place however I tried to have sandwich made but I noticed “she” didn’t changed her gloves she was wearing before touching my bread and everything else. Who knows what she been touching with the same gloves. Gross!!🤮Please change your gloves before making those sandwiches!!!👎🏼
