Our server, Caleb S, was awesome as always. He is friendly, efficient, and timely. He has waited on us a few times and always has a kind word and a smile for everyone. We dine in every Wednesday for the Walkabout deal and we love the value and great food. Plus, you gotta try the Koala punch! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had the best experience tonight! Our server was Christopher and he was top notch! Actually when we walked up to the building he ran out and opened the door for us. When we were seated we were happy to be in his section. He was excellent getting to us right away, taking our drink orders & bringing them back super fast. We got an appetizer too and that came out really fast! He kept our drinks full, we never had to ask for a refill (which as a larger party was pretty impressive)! He went over all the specials, asked about allergies, etc. He even went over the add ons for our selections (which I was glad because I had forgot to add garlic butter! The food came out fast too, everything was right and cooked perfect! They were so kind and set up the birthday cake we brought for us and lit it and sang! They still gave us a free vanilla ice cream and even gave a free scoop to my toddler because she was eyeing the birthday boy’s! The best part of our meal was the strawberry lemonade made by our server Cole. Cole was great. Unfortunately, the food was not. The food was too greasy and salty. It seems that the frying oil needed to be changed and the fried food needed to be drained on some paper towels before serving. The restaurant was pack with customers so maybe they were having a bad night. Also, it was freezing cold in the restaurant! We heard several people complaining about being cold. There aren’t many things I know in life. I don’t know why the sun comes up everyday, why we dream when we drift to sleep, or why flowers bloom in the spring. One thing I do know, is that Colin was the best server I’ve ever had. I’ve wined and I’ve dined, nothing compares to the experience Colin has given me. With most servers it’s the typical “what can I get you?” But somehow Colin has turned that simple question into a feeling that I could not possibly verbalize or put into words properly to give him the praise he deserves. 5 stars is not enough and will never be enough for what I just experienced with Colin as my server. I’d give him all the stars possible if that was an attainable option. 5 stars will have to do. He made me smile, he made me laugh, and I have no doubt if he made me cry he would be there to comfort me. If you come here, my only wish for you is to be graced my Colin as I have been.
