Excellent experience! Amber our server was amazing, made the experience so much better with her great attitude and punctual customer service despite being the restaurant being very busy. P.S. Anna (our server) was great. The bartender was also excellent. He even looked up and engineered a whiskey smash without mint. The pecan smoked Old Fashioned was just as I expected. GOOD. Food, on the other hand..... not so good. What's the obsession with black pepper??? The pasta, the Blooming Onion, the rice pilaf ??? Steak temped to medium well and came out cold AND pressed ?? Anna had to bring out a new potato, because they sent out the first one with bacon on it... All these issues lead back to kitchen staff and management. All the food was meh... Just meh. Like it COULD'VE been good but it all fell short. I definitely ate my food and was left uninspired all the way around. Service by the bartender was okay. She didn't greet me. Sat for a min, then she gave me a menu. Brought my drink, Brought my food out and was done with me. A little later, she brought my check. I never asked for it and actually wanted another drink and dessert but she decided I was done. She never came and gave me a heads up there were closing or asked if I wanted something else, she was about to close early. She said NOTHING, just "here ya go" check. She was efficient from my order to me being done eating tho. It is a chain so I guess that's what I get? Service could've been better tho and gained back a star despite the quite lackluster food. Placed an order to go. Steak was rear not medium rear. Was charged extra for loaded mash potatoes in which I received maybe 2 tablespoons of potatoes. Received a half a cup of French onion soup. Won't be back. Update:. Alicia called this morning to make the order correct. Was very polite and concerned. Will give them another try. We were in town for a church event and decided to eat here. The food was good and the service was even better. Our waitress, Destiny, was AWESOME. She was very courteous and attentive to what we wanted and needed. All of our food and drinks came out as ordered, she kept a good check on our table to make sure we were good. She was the epitome of great customer service from a waitress! I felt she went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. I had dinner tonight at 7:30. I ordered the filet mignon and lobster with a house salad and the loaded baked potato. The service was terrific. The hostess seated us where we requested near the bar. Drinks were brought right away and so was the bread. The dressing on the salad was minimal which was appreciated. Dinner was brought out right on time after we finished the salad. My steak was cooked medium and was perfect, no blood and the meat was a tiny bit pink in the center. The lobster tail was succulent and served with drawn butter. The baked potato was white and the skin had been salted. The inside was filled with just enough chives, cheese, and bacon bits. Our server kept the our drinks filled and served us with politeness and a smile. She offered us dessert and took care of our payment promptly. I don’t even like bone in wings, but their wings are the best EVER. So delicious that I had to stop myself from swallowing the bone. The staff are super professional and nice, makes you feel like a high end restaurant (Claire was great!!) Their music isn’t a 2010 track like most places and actually investing.
